The lamp does not light up :
• The power supply and cable are not connected properly. Switch on the power supply and check all the cable connections to ensure they are correctly connected.
The Lamp Timer is not accurate, or the Time is out of Sync :
• Connect the mobile device with the Tuya Smart App to the lamp to synchronize the time. The lamp timing will stay in sync after the mobile device is not in operation or is removed.
Timer setting got lost :
• This can be caused by a connection to multiple mobile devices or a power outage. Reset and re-adjust the Timer setting. It is best to avoid multiple mobile devices connected to the same lamp unit when Timer mode is used.
Bluetooth Lamp device cannot be found :
• The Bluetooth setting of the mobile device is not turned on or is used without authorization. Turn on the Bluetooth setting of the mobile device and give access permission to the App.
